Ted i'm so jelous!!!:dollar: Looks amazing.:beer Better than new. I wish you were in my neck of the woods, i'd come and help you re-assemble it!!
I'm jealous of you Joe, you're out there driving your beauty! :TU: I'm just hoping now the sealant on the heads works and no leaks.
What are you doing with Grille and Bezels? Did you re chrome or have very good pieces? The bumpers look new.:TU:
There is a thread about head gaskets that has me paranoid- when I bolted the heads on I put sealant around all those holes, should work but ya never know till you start it up (at least for me- ) Bumpers were rechromed, headlight bezels chromed and now they are much nicer than the original chrome grill! I'm debating wether to find nicer original headlight bezels or chrome the grill. :beer Good problem!
Where did you have the bezels re-chromed? And what did it cost? How about the grille? You get a price quote?:Smarty:
I can't remember how much they were, lumped with some bumpers and bezels, I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the smell of melting mastercard. I'm focused on the 401 for now...news next week, hopefully.
Doug it looks downright mean!!:af: When is it coming back out to play?:3gears: I know we have a few new 64 65 owners out there, so let's get them pictures up here.:kodak: :kodak:
I should have a "loaner" shortblock in the car sometime in July with my heads and intake on top. It'll be at the BPG race in Columbus in August if all goes well. :TU:
