the little rondevous in meriden, every wendsday. 110 year old coal fired oven. "no slices, no credit cards, no delivery, pizza only." my current combo. meatball, garlic, feta, and hot pepper seeds, followed by one or two beers. Occasionly i sample a bunch of different wines with the owner and the guy with that french car.
I don't car who you are, that is not funny !!! But this is, ROFLMAO !!! Trust me, we are not running to Chicago, but then again, I am not in NY anymore... Mike
In Columbia, Mo we have a local establishment called Shakespeares pizza, I highly recommend it. The italian sausage and pepper jack cheese is awesome :TU:
I worked at Pizaa Hut delivery during college (80s). Didn't eat pizza for years after that. Now its all home made pizza for me :Brow:
Davenport's Pizza in Mountain Brook, Alabama. You wont believe how crowded it is on the weekend, and we ALWAYS spend over 120.00, but it is SO good. Frank
Chicago pizza Rules there are so many good pizza places here it's astounding.I have had pizza out of chicago land area 95% are not even close.I guess I'm jaded or something
Same here. Fiancee worked at Pizza Hut for several months, and she brought home a lot of pizza. I ate pizza almost daily, sometimes twice a day, and it's still my favorite. Stuffed crust just makes it better, and Meat Lovers...well...I don't really eat a lot of vegetables, so it's definitely made with me in mind. But today at work, I'm having shrimp pizza. Don't recall the last time we had shrimp, so I'm concerned on just WHEN this shrimp is from, but well...it's better than the alternative. Hospital cafeteria...what do you expect.
I sure do man!!! A tear is running down the side of my face as I type this...........As soon as I get off the plane in Newark, I expect a dunkin donuts coffee....................then we'll hit down neck Newark for Paella & sangria.............then hit a local pizza place...........in the morning...............taylor ham, egg & cheese on a hard roll with salt, pepper & ketchup :beer
I had Domino's pizza tonight. Yeah, it was garbage. I won't eat anymore pizza from chains that enforce the 10-second rule. There is a place called Vince's that has really good pizza. The original was in Seattle and then there was one built in Renton.
