We ordered Pizza last sat night and I got to thinkin this might be a good thread . I like Pizza Hut Stuffed Crust Meat Lovers.
Our choices for pizza here, pizza hut, domino's (just moved in, opened a couple weeks ago), phils (local), bar down the street, make it ourselves or assorted frozen from gas station/grocery store/etc. The sicilian from pizza hut was good but they sold out of them right away, that should have been a clue to keep it on the menu. Always liked stuffed crust from there but haven't had it in quite awhile. Dominos has the 5-5-5 deal, 3 medium's for $15 which is good when money is tight. When it's from domino's or pizza hut, I get the thicker crust (pan style) with extra sauce and sausage (or hamburger). Same thing from the other places except they only serve thin crust.
after seeing the amount of grease that goes into a pizza hut pizza, that baby isn't baked, it's fried. No normally hat doesn't bother me, but it gets so soggy on day 2. Local Joint all the way!
I like this place, but they don't deliver to my house! ou: http://www.erbach-donau.de/suchen/gast_all.asp?ID=8
Pizza Hut's breadsticks rule........'specially the cheese filled ones......I usually eat so many I can only have 1 slice of pizza and I'm stuffed. :bglasses:
In Chicago "pizza hut" is a four letter word. I've been scarfing down the Lou Malnati pan's lately, but there are a dozen or so worthy pie houses around here D.
Green Mill, sausage toadstool and onion. **Paging Father Guido Sarducci** Who won the "Find The Popes In The Pizza" contest??
See Adam, you're getting it :TU: And you CAN get it.. http://www.loutogo.com/ We have sent Lou's pie's all over the country to freinds, family & even Buick Buddie's. Havent had a complaint yet :Smarty: D.
The only thing I've ever taught myself to make is pizza. Flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and oil. Add GOOD cheese and GOOD sauce and some ground red pepper flakes. When I'm lazy, I love hot Caesars! Pizza, Pizza!
Taco Bell is the best. When it comes to pizza, its gotta be Little Caesars or Ci-Ci's. Its one of the reasons I look forward to Bowling Green.
My favorite is the traditional pizza that my Great Grandmother made - she was from Bari, Italy. A thick, doughy crust, a light coating of tomato sauce baked-in, and sprinkled lightly with cheese. Sometimes a few toppings. Not that I dislike "Americanized" pizza, but there is no replacement for the real stuff. Believe it or not, I used to like Little Ceasar's. We have a place called "Pizza Pan" that is pretty good. There is also a good place somewhere on Pearl Road (help me out here Clevelanders) that makes a traditional Sicilian style (its similar to "Americanized") with almond dough crust - very good.
