well, we had cpk over ..aka Chris....he looked at all the metal patching the shell would need ..not much though .....gave me his word that he knew what he was doing.....we will see.....its just that I cant trust guys that have little ponytails growing out of their gotee's(beards) o No: and walks around the shell with a hammer tapping here and there... :grin: :grin: he knows he will have to do a professional job or I will embarass him on this forum and then he will have to hang out in the chevy or ford forums....(OUCH!!!) :laugh: he say he can paint it at his shop as well....when I ask him 3 billion questions about paint and primer and types of this and that .....cpk just picks up that hammer and threatens me.... :eek2: waaaatup Chris.... :TU:
Never Ever P_ss Off The Bodyman!!! Treat him with dignity and respect! Make frequent and bountiful sacrificial offerings! Wave large wads of cash at him and occassionally stuff his pockets with some!! This will certainly insure the quality job you are looking to attain.
I dont know....maybe he already helped himself....I left him alone in the garage for 3 minutes to use the washroom... ....when I got back he kind of left in a hurry ...this morning I noticed my zero rust core support was gone.......its on ebay as I write this down.... :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :spank: me Nah Chris is A OK ....he will drop by often and supervise me sanding it down and the primming and all block sanding .....and all other gizmatic items... he just wants those buckets of KFC comming....
frank, don't pick on Chris to much, he's twice your size. I can only imagine how much body work the plastic surgeons would have to do! a stinger and slide hammer can do alot of damage. :grin:

starting to look like a Boeing 707 at the factory.... here on this gap between the 1/4 and the rocker ...what did I clean up? was it bondo or seam sealer...?? or in other words ...What goes in there..??? ....chime in anybody...
Also worried about all this bare metal being exposed for long period ...still have most of the otherside and cowling , trunk , top and bottom of floor pans 2 clean up.....in other words I have just begun...wont be ready for primer for at least 3 -4 months any worry for this bare metal ??

Badda Boom Badda Bing Night Club Badda Boom Badda Bing Night Club (late nite action) well , we stripping it down and getting into it...the one side was fun...this roof is a bit harder and much tedious now...seems the paint is miuch thicker and plus also the vinyl glue ou: time 10:30 ish pm then.... then a smoke break....yes the doors are open...and thats the star stripper then......this was all done in 4 1/2 hrs...just music and pespsi & 4 cigarettes... ATT: J.W. no sorry ...I am not for hire...ya couldnt afford this stripper :grin: and ...almost...and plenty late and tired and finaly done...the Badda boom badda bing Nightclub is officialy closed.. time....3:15 am my inner fender came in....not bad ...pretty solid
