Don't sell the Honda element short. I didn't like them at first but my neighbor bought a black one, painted the flat black plastic panels gloss black, lowered it all around and installed aftermarket chrome wheels. Looks great but that's as far as it goes. The AC compressor is about the size of a grapefruit and has to be minimal at best. It rides like an old international truck but as I said, it looks good sitting in the driveway.

My stepson leased a Trailblazer with 4wd so he can get through the snow easier. As soon as he needed it, the 4wd quit working. That thing would barely go with only 2 wheels driving it through the snow. The dealer had it for 2 days a couple weeks ago, and told him the part had to be ordered (naturally) and he just got it back last week. Now that the weather has just gotten a little better.:af: They told him that's a common problem with those. Wouldn't you think they would stock that part?:Smarty:
chevy must have been experimenting with some kind of recreational pharmaceuticals when they came up with the Avalanche(Rockslide). and then they changed the dosage a little when they decided to put the same front end on all the pickups.
You know,with the names that these companies come up with,you've got to wonder. As a matter of fact,the names that sound ugly, match the ugliness of the cars themselves. Why can't a company come out with a name like "ROADBLASTER". Kinda sounds macho,doesn't it?
