Verrrrrry Nice grab on that car George :TU: .....I still say go on a road trip though - plan it so you cruise through Salem and stop at the BPG Nats on the way home I had Soooo much fun bringing the SportWagon home from Denver - It was like a grand adventure !! Was that your sister I heard whining about "What if I get stuck on the road...." ou: Thats just another part of the fun - if it happens. thats also what cell phones are for....and BPG/V8Buick members all the way across the country. Thats what a great club is all about. I bet you could set it all up as.... George's Great Summer '04 Adventure Everyone follows along as you check in nightly with tales from the road Take a week off - maybe more....nice leasurely cruise cross-country. Mebbe there's even a great mechanic out there where she's at now or someone knows of one - and you can have the car throughly gone through Ohh...Nevermind - just have FesEx deliver it to your doorstep ou: Just egging you on Bud...
Hmmmm.. You got me thinking Alan, since you had so much fun the last time, If I were to buy car in, say NY or CT or Mass or something, think you could drive it out to me? I can buy you a plane ticket home! Or maybe another member out East needs a car driven back? You could have a nice little vacation driving Buicks back and forth across the country! Course, it would probably take you twice as long, since you would have to stop at every race track along the way!
Try this guy for truck freighting a car He semed to want some business from buick guys or whomever.... 503-917-9502
I guess you`re right Alan but i think i better off shipping it here,i really dont wanna get stuck or whatever the case is. Thanks Chris. Thanks Michael i`ll try him tomorrow maybe a better deal than DAS. Thanks
He was here to pick up a 65 T bird and had 8 other cars on when he was here. All loaded with care as he told me. He seemed like a car nut not a car hauler. Those are better guys to do business they have respect for the car even old ones instead of just a job...
Hey Michael i just cancelled with DAS and got your guy Jason or Ken to pick it up for me this weekend or the beginning of next week at the guys house in Bismarck and haul it to NY for me. thanks
Hey Greg sorry it didnt work out your way,it came out better this way and no one would get hassled,i appreciate your offer so much. :TU:
