beautiful car, i always wanted one, when i got into hiperformance it was with amc's, they make real nice torque no not as good as buicks but pretty good for what they are. again sweet car jamie
It is a rust-free, all-original, California car that was restored once in the '90's. It's all there and super clean. 4-speed car with 61,072 original miles on it. Thanks for the compliments, I looked a long time for one of these. I miss my Buick, but this is another of my "must have" cars, right up there with any Buick (don't know if that's good or bad). :beers2:
Sweet ride!!! I have a good friend that has an unrestored survivor and his uncle is just finishing a full resto on another one. Very cool cars!!!
It's all-numbers-correct, that's what I mean...sorry, but that's as good as it gets. I haven't seen too many that haven't been painted, but I did my best to find one that, at least, was at least had it's born-with components :TU: . If you find one that's as nice, with original paint, let me know because I would be interested. :beers2:
i remember those cars mike! they're pretty rare. how many did amc make? weren't they also 1 year only? nice muscle car with a cool name.:TU:

They were supposed to come out in 69 but there was some problem that set them back to 70 only. As far as production numbers I believe there were only a few thousand made with only about 1000 of them in the red, white, blue paint scheme. I think there's also something funny about the heads or something in the 390 that is "Machine" specific making it even harder to get a complete car.
Nice ride! A good friend of mine has a 69 SC/Rambler, I'd like to own one someday. Thanks for sharing! :TU:
