Well Im finally working on bertha again!! Well heres some pics of the jambs that I just painted, its a 2010 Saab color thats very close to the original but with alot more pearl! I think its going to be sweet!:moonu:
Thanks guys! Ill be trimming the rest of the jambs and the doors this week, be sure to post pics and keep you updated Now if I can just find a decklid for the damn thing.... I know theyre out there but nobody is giving them up! ou: Hey, what exhausts are you guys using? Its originally a single outlet and I want to make it dual but all i see id xmember back systems that are 2.5 or 3"
Jason- looks great- good luck with the parts hunting. I used the Gardner exhaust system- great system- sounds good too. Randy
Well Ive got her jambed out and starting to reassemble it. Ive recently bought the trunk that Ive been waiting for, thanks Fred! The stainless is getting polished, glass is ready for urethane, and the fenders are getting patched as we speak :Brow: things are looking up even though Im working with no money at all lol.
oh, that really is a disaster. If you keep doing everything that well you'll have nothing left to fix the next time around. :Smarty: John
I was thinking the same thing. I hope it is on a "donor" frame. I learned the hard way to use one. Looks great!
Thanks guys, Ive got alot done and Im very proud of all of the progress thats been made. Ive had absolutely no help along the way and its very challenging but well worth it! Its definitely not a high dollar car, but how often do you see a 67 buick special deluxe cruising down the highway? Ill post more pics as I get further along. Oh and yes the engine is supposed to be green, its the 300 not a 340. :moonu:
I am officially tired of being broke! I need some side jobs so that I can get my bright work back, sandblast the fenders hood and trunk, and get the glass put back.... This sucks! :af:
