Well, I'm a product of the 60's so I answered In as "in style" and out as "out of style". I prefer white letters showing as you can see.

 

I see I'm not the only one who lines up the letters, valve stems, and center caps. :laugh:

 

Here's another. I cant imagine mine with Blackwalls and Mags. But there are a lot of nice cars on here that look great with Blackwalls. Just personal preference. This is before I put in a rear lift kit.

White letters out just say "muscle" to me, unless they are off-brand specials. Here's mine...

Thanks- I am having the motor pulled this week so I can't double check-but 275/60/15 in back and 235/60/15 up front sounds right.

If you like sidepipes, pinstripes, extraneous chrome, Elton Johns clothes and Elvis's sunglasses - then white letters out.

If you like clean, sleek, sophisticated and understated - white letters in.

aftermarket wheels in by far..........cant see a 17 looking good with white letters.

 

Nothing Steve, Nothing at ALL. Great Looking Skylark. Yes, It looks nice with Blackwalls and Wheels. But I look at my car and cant imagine it with Blackwalls. No matter what you do to a Vert it's never gonna look like a Muscle Car. Styling and Profiling, that's about it. The White Letters match the rest of the White on the Car. Burn em up man.
