For Buick colors, visit www.autocolorlibrary.com Chris, there is some white/gray stuff obscuring some of your car. I think you have an oil burning problem???? Here is another color, Silver Mist, looks like a very pale green with silver mixed in. I had this on a 72 Skylark 455 that I sold last year.
Green is IN this year... Here's mine, for more pics head over to Adam's site. My paint codes: 42 = Willowmist body, 49 = Verdemist top Although the body is actually 43 Limemist, there's a direct comparison shot of the two colors in this thread. Lots of green cars in there, too.
Back in the late seventies and early eighties, my dad had a 70 GS 350 that he had painted Volkswagen "Limefire" green metallic. I have no pics, as it was before the advent of the digital camera, but it had white hood and deck stripes and "King Cabbage" scripted in white on the rear fenders. It turned heads everywhere, and my dad loved it. Ran 14.9 stock in street tires with accessories. Too bad it couldn't beat my 68 AMX (14.2) :Brow: , he might have kept it. He traded it for big block, 4 spd, Roadrunner (13.9) .
ahhh, i cant decide i realy like lime mist it seems more BOLD, but i like the sea mist because of how it is a "different Green" ???????
Gary, You remember what that color green is called ? Just wondering, I REALLY like it with the black top.
Mike, Nice car! If I were to ever paint mine I would go with Sherwood. Did yours originally come painted in that color?
Thanks, yes that was the original color. Everyone was trying to get me to paint it red or white. I like the uniqueness of the green, and it's a real nice shade of green too. Mike
green car I have the same car as yours. 72 /350,Seamist green with green vinyl top w/halo moulding. Loved the green color, but I painted mine Fire Red w/no vinyl top and has black interior. added a rippin 462 and this car really gets looks. Ken
