GS wheelstand in the garage Wheels up (the only way thats gonna happen) at the "torqueing the balencer bolt" stage of my 4 month timing chain project. You cant rush perfection, or mediocrety in my case. Our garage has everything I need (except a torque wrench that will drive 200 lbs) Its also missing the Sportwagon which will take the Chevy's spot when it gets home. When I grow up I want a garage like Bruce Durband has. Its sweet. D.
Well my "garage" isn't anywhere as nice as the ones I've seen here so far. But it where I work on my car. It's actually not a garage, but a barn. It gets a little cold in there, but it's almost spring now. Here is my bench
first shop The first picture is of my first shop which is made out of two old tobacco barns that Alan helped me tear down and then rebuild into one shop on my land. Notice the dirt floors and the 5V tin walls with no insulation. This shop was very hot and very cold. The next picture is of Alans first shop which is the car port on his Mom and Dads house that had walls added to enclose it. As you can see there is not much room. The primer car is now the twin turbo Dinosaur of Alans.
