garage update

    Looks great! What kind of lift did you install?

    Its a challenger 10000 pound

    4 inch on the upper and 6 on the lower. Close to 10 where lift posts are

    Yikes!

    I guess I'd rather have it break there than driving down the road. :eek:

    ****. That was on the road?
    I saw a truck a few years ago rusted out in the same spot. I swear the only thing holding it together where fuel, brake lines and such.

    How's the heat system doing?

    So far so good. The stat is designed to minimize temperature swings so sometimes the unit only runs for 5 minutes. Just long enough to exchange the floor water. The heat is even and quiet. And propane use seems acceptable.....so far. I have to remember im heating 1500 square feet more with 15 foot ceiling and 3 garage doors.

    I don't recall if you have them, but a few ceiling fans running @ low speed would probably help too. I've worked hanging pipe in warehouses where it was cool @ the floor level and quite warm at the ceiling.
