How are you going to finish the block inside? Drylok?

I'm paying a guy to finish the drywall. He's by himself while I push him around on scaffolding..i hung all the boards myself. I bought a 16 foot drywall lift for the 4x12 ceilings boards. Walls were 4x9 and I built a step helper see pics

Here is my helper. A person can't lift a 4x9 sheet 6 foot above his head from the bottom.. so with this I would walk a sheet up. Once it got 3 foot off he ground I'd roll scaffolding in place and incrementally pick up sheet from the top. The wall is 2x6 the block id 8 inch so id have a 2 inch ledge to rest the sheet on

Now that's what I call thinking outside of the box. I probably would have done it a bit different but that's just me. End result is all the same. That's all that matters.

You asked so here goes. 1 no windows, unless I bought really high quality ones (and no vinyl windows) cause everytime you have an opening it leaks air. FYI vinyl windows only have a 10 year lifespan! 2 I would have put a plastic vapor barrier up with ALL the seams taped and the bottom silicone sealed to the concrete block. 3 I usually install sheeting horizontal, not vertical. Makes for lining up in the middle of the studs so much easier.

You can do the inside anytime, depending on the coating. Drylok can be put on a moist block. I did mine 30 years ago when they were newly laid and it has held up well even below grade. Of course, the outside below grade was parged and sealed with tar during construction. With the drylock you have to have a fan going with with good ventilation (outside air)! I used white and it really brightened up the dark corners! You can buy Drylok anywhere.

This wireway has 3 conduits coming into the back from the panel. The conduits u see out the bottom go to perimeter walls of shop area. Valve assembly on the right is part of the floor heat.

Not to rain on your parade, but I'm only seeing 2 runs there. Each run should be NO longer than 250' max in length!

I don't know what your square footage is but by judging from the pictures you posted I'd say you should have a handful of runs, maybe more.

Our shop building is 30X48 and we have 7 runs.

Our house is 28X40 with 5 runs on the main floor.

I hope for your sake it works good for you.

There are 3 more runs to the right out of the pic. Good catch though.
