Edouard an Paul thanks for your help. First i want to spend my engine the 6530 programmble box with a crank trigger, after that i want to go with the ez-efi.
ATI makes Buick dumpers with chevy 3 bolt plattern click here, so i will take the small block chevy trigger wheel.
You have already installed a ez-efi system so i would like to know wich is the best setup.
I bought yet a sending unit from RobbMC its 1/2" but most pumps and regulators are -6AN 3/8" line.
Wich connectors are recommend for that 43 PSI system? any recommends for materials?

    Robert

Err, EZ-EFI not installed - yet! (Re: EZ-EFI 2.0 coming out.)

Hi Robert and V-8 Buick early adopters,

Well honestly, the EZ-EFI throttle body is on the engine - and that's as far as the installation has gone. I'm still waiting for Orinda Motors to open up the classic car stall to begin the work on my trusty wagon. Jim Weise sold me all the fittings, reinforced hoses and so on, to make the connection between the gas tank and the throttle body. I never looked too carefully as to what Jim selected because after getting 500+ horsepower out of my assertive engine - I trust him!! :)

If you like I can check my list of materials to see what Jim has been using in the past, or you could start another thread on V-8 Buick and pick the brains of the experts here.

    Cheers, Edouard :beer

Thanks edouard. Ken give me some good infs about the intank pump, he recommends an aeromotive 340 .
Im looking for a leak and smell free system with a regulator for 3-65 PSI, because i want to get first the fuel system and after it works great i want to make the rest with the efi. So i guess PTFE Lines are good for this high pressure application, im looking serverals of hours to find the best setup, so if you can write down some materials what you will use or what jim used im very happy :Comp: .

Ive had the EZ EFI system installed for approx. 9 months now and have no smells or leaks. I used Parker Pushlok hose ( blue in color ) and Fragola pushlok fittings. You can get the hose from your local hydraulic hose supplier ( think fork trucks / industrial equipment ) for cheaper than thru a parts house ( Summit / Jegs ) and the fittings can be bought from Summit for pretty cheap. No reason to spend alot of money on fittings from Aeroquip / Earl's etc when all they are doing is repackaging Parker products. Just my 2 cents...
