I do! in 1997 My grandfather passed away I traveled from germany to attend his funeral. After the funeral we walked out the door and there was a white dove on the hand rail my aunt was touching it and the dove stayed. Then it flew up to a telephone pole turned around and stared at the house where my grandma lived. We all thought it was kinda strange. Then We were sitting inside my Grandmas house and my uncle and my father started to talk about my aunts funeral (she died at age 9) they said it was early in the morning and as the sun rose the sun hit the stain glass window the sun layed a perfect cross acrossed her casket.... I think there is something out there

I'll have to say that I come down in the middle, Don't believe, don't disbelieve. My great grandfather always told my Dad that if there was a way to come back he would. He never did for my Dad. That said my Aunt thinks her place is haunted by his ghost. My great Aunt would never go into a particular house of a releative. EVER. She thought the place was haunted (she was kinda strange that way.) As for me, I once had a glass plate shatter for no reason while it was sitting on the dining room table. (It actually made a sound like it was hitting the floor) I have a witness to that one. And one night ont eh shore of lake huron, my girl and I saw some blinking lights we couldn't explain.

My dad passed away this past May. As i was sitting with my siblings picking out pics from albums for the memorial (like the one in my avatar), I came across my father's program from his HS graduation in, like '47. I glanced through it causally and noticed that one of my father's first cousins was in his class with him. I never knew that. I also thought that I hadn't seen or talked to this particular cousin in probably 20 years. Just then the phone rang, I put down the album and answered it. You guessed it, the cousin. Of all the people to call at that exact moment...

I am generally a pretty objective guy, but you cannot convince me that it was coincidence and that my dad didn't have a hand in it.

I just had an experience a few weeks ago. I was driving around a curve at about 2:30am and up ahead of me I saw what looked like steam in the shape of a person. At first glance I thought it was someone walking alongside the road but when I looked again it was gone. When I got to that point in the road where I saw "it", I looked away from the road and there it was about 10 feet into the grass/brush and it looked like it was walking away and then stopped, turned and I felt like I was being stared at. My blood instantly turned to ice and I got all jittery during/after seeing it, even thinking about it now gives me goosebumps, the hairs on the back of my neck raise up and I get a chill. I believed before but that was probably my first real "ghostly" experience.

well since people like to hear these things, when my aunt was a child, everyone said she was psyhcic. anyways, one day her parents were walking her home from church, and she cried out, look at that woman under that tree. to which everyone replied, theres no woman under that tree child. the next day, they found a woman dead under that tree.

this same aunt always had a dream of wading in muddy water right before someone close would die. when i was young, (too young to even know of her dream ) i would have the same dream.

my other aunt lived in an old sea captains house on the chesapeake bay, the place seemed as likely as any to be haunted. one night she & my cousin were sitting in the kitchen when a glass suddenly flew off the center of the table and smashed onto the floor. on another night with no breeze, the screen door ( w/spring ) suddenly slammed open real hard, then slammed shut much harder than the spring would shut it.

old lady who used to live down the street claimed she woke up on more than one occassion with someone strangling her. now i think she was a lil wacked, but the other stories i believe. take it for what it is. some things in this world ya just cant explain.

'71buickg.s. a dark and stormy night..

I've had nightmares for years, not normal ones either. I can always feel one coming right before i fall asleep, then, it begins, almost as if it interrupts the process and i dont actually fall asleep. I feel like im actually awake, i become almost totally paralyzed, i struggle to open my eyes, when i do, i look at the clock, and itll say some crazy number, then, while still lying on my back, i can look around my room, sometimes i see shadows where there should be no shadows, sometimes i see myself. Saturday night i had one of these dreams, and once i pryed my eyes open, i realized i was being suffocated by one of my pillows. I pushed the pillow off of me, and just layed there paralyzed, then i actually "woke up" only to discover the lights in my room were on, and all of my pillows were under me. Ive done research and most of the time, this state of mind is called the twilight zone, im not conscious, but im not asleep, i control my thoughts, i have feelings, and for the most part, think rationally.
    The Shadowlands
This is the closest i have come to being able to find out what it is and if other people experience it as well. The 'hag' for me is usually a dark figure, sometimes i see his face.. it can only be described as inhuman

I have other experiences, sometimes i feel the presense of my grandpa, who died on thanksgiving day, 1993 It's the most calming of the experiences.. i feel almost close to him sometimes even though i was 5 when he died.
At the age of 12 i was convinced that a poltergeist followed me around. I need to stop now.. goosebumps are all over my body!

I was watching the marathon," The most Scariest places on Earth" , and let me tell you, somethings in those shows are very scary. There was one episode where they were in KY, In an old Building where patiants were dying of TB. It was so bad that patiants were dying every Hour. The owners daughter and her friends wanted to spend the night there. After most of the night of being scared, there's one part where they pushed a roller shelf for dead bodies before they were disposed of, they walked away and around the corner all of a sudden they heard a loud noise they turn back with the camera and the roller shelf was sticking out just like before ...That spooked the hell out of me.Lets just say all the girls ran out of there like wild fire....they said they will never return there again......

I believe there is something, i've seen alot of unexplained in 15 years. In fact, to this day one thing that always sticks in my mind in my great grandfather. I was about 11, on halloween a few years back, while trick-or-treating, we went to the misissippi terrace(where he lived before he died a month before) and we were leaving on the 3rd floor, as we entered the elevator, the door you enter to get to the elevator closed, that made me a true beliver that day, as he remembered me and we had good times together, but it was open for us when we entered, and closed when we left. That's unexplainable.

That's another thing, I love stories/books of the unexplained. Gives me an edge and really makes you wonder sometimes.
