Unfortunately Cody is having the same problem getting cores as everyone else.

Actually my cam was not made from a cast it was made from solid billet Cody made several for People. I know he’s pretty busy so I don’t know about him making Cams for the factory Buick blocks. Mine was for the 54 mm

Talk to Scott Brown. He supplied billet cam for me.Its more expensive but you might not have to wait too long.

Yeah Tom, I don’t need one I think I got one of the last hydraulic roller for the stock iron block from TA however I’m just wondering why people are waiting I know they’re a little more money but it’s better than holding up your build and in the end you get a better product. Cody Gamble was very reasonable and fairly quick to do My 54 mm.I’m surprised nobody has shown interest for the billet cam I have for sale given the lack of Cams. Since us Buick guys are down on the totem pole of the manufacture of Cams we may just have to turn to billet at least for a while I for one don’t have a problem spending the extra money rather than waiting.

I like the way Cody does the front of the Cams.He doesn’t use those spring pins to hold the front of the cam on it’s sweat and pressed on in a way that you can’t even tell it’s a different piece.

    Tom,
Is the flange integral?.. I can see the gear is separate in the pictures, but could not tell on the flange.

curious as to what I am going to see, I have one on order here that's suppose to arrives soon.

also, the hole in the front of the cam looks small.. what are you using for a thrust bumper?

I know of a small camshaft grinder that has a few 455 blanks. I'm guessing you could probably buy them from him without grinding

No the flange is not separate I believe that’s the diameter he starts with. So there’s no need for any pins.the gear is put on with an interference fit. Cody supplied me with a Delran cam bumper

Thanks, do you provide specs and whats turn around time? Good job?

Yes the turnaround time was not bad I believe it was three weeks and I feel Their work is second to none. I gave them the specs which I thought would work well with my combination and they worked with me on that

We just received 350 cam cores and are being told we should have 455 cores shortly. Roller cam cores are in the works as well
