I have seen it in person I believe in Illinois at Volo, but they have never been able to sell it . If I remember there is something odd about the interior.

I always thought the darker forest green type colors were pretty.

Not a fan of the green interiors tho..

Sherwood green, black roof, black interior is a nice combo.

I believe that is one of the things I remember being so odd about the car Gary posted--it had a green interior that did not seem to fit with the exterior color.

I don't really care for the green on that GSX clone, it seems to have too much 'candy'. Maybe it is just the lighting, but it just doesn't look right to me. I'm a big fan of the original greens produced by the factory 70-72; Lime Mist, Seamist, etc.

    Chris:

I saw it in person and that is what it looks like. I think it had a green dash too.

No, this is Lime Mist. The car at the top of the post is a custom candy color.

The "X-clone" looks like one of the new car colors(Ford maybe) similar to the green stripes on my hood (almost invisible)

    Chris,you might like this one........

A local guy sold that car a year or to ago, If I remember correctly its a Skylark-GS clone. The color was a Geo color, Looked out of place on that car.

that green '71(in front of the Sunoco) looks like a car for sale locally here that I'm trying real hard NOT to buy.

Chris, the car belongs to Steve Schlater, great looking & running car. I'm sure that '72 knocks off it's share on the street too. Randy

That jarred my memory,I was thinking Steve but didn't want to be wrong.

I think he might have a partner on the car too.
He looks through this sight every now and then.

    Thanks Randy
