If anyone is going to bid on these cars send me an email kraig225@msn.com and I'll forward some pictures I took of them in October. Plus give you a first hand description of their condition.

i don't know how anyone would have gotten pictures of these cars without Trespassing into my 100 acres. That guy sounds like a crook. No one knew about these cars until now

I called him also but he is apparently getting a lot of calls according to his voice mail message. Another board member has contacted me (since I am only a 3 hour drive away) about putting an offer together, but determining a fair price will be hard since the condition of the car and all #'s matching parts can't be determined without a personal inspection. Obviously a nice collection of cars.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! I know this guy (Randy Jackson) and I have been trying to buy these cars for several years. I have been in the GS club since the mid 1980's. And have been trying to buy a GSX for years from this guy. First he tells me I can buy 4 cars and parts, 2 GSX 4 speed cars, and 2 - 1971 Stage 1 cars for $2000.00. I show up to his place of work in Texarkana with cash and bill of sales. He then tells me they are sold to a guy in Washington who is a trucker and he has to check with him first to see if he still wants the cars. The "alledged" guy from WA says yes and wll pick the cars up soon. Years later they are still sitting in his brother in-laws storage facility in the town of Fouke, AR. The brother in-law wants to get rid of them because he gets 2 to 3 phone calls a week asking about the cars. In the mean time I have been in contact with the brother-in-law on a monthly basis to try to buy the cars. The brother-in-law is sick and tired of dealing with the whole mess and attempts to apply for the paper work for abandoned vehilces so he can sell them to me. All of a sudden they end up on e-bay! Yes, I am angry about this since I have been trying for years to buy even just one of the GSX's. Yes, I am angry about being lied to over and over again! And by the way, he told me he did NOT have any titles, so how can he prove he is the legal owner of these vehicles and sell them? The brother-in-law and Randy Jackson do not talk to each other anymore! I would not trust this guy and would like to warn anybody that deals with him not to trust him and be weary of the non refundable $5000 deposit!

See another lie, as I said earlier, the cars were sitting out side in Fouke, Ar easily accessible from highway 71! I myself would stop by monthly and check on the cars and took many pictures! He only recently moved the cars to his property!

So, do you have titles for the cars? Are the cars available for viewing prior to winning the bid or making a deal?

No arguments here. I am not disputing your word either. I called you because I was interested in the cars. Before someone really considers them they need to know if you have titles. It's a no-brainer if you ask me.

Another lie, of course he knows who I am, he has my phone number, I've called this guy a billion times over the last 10 years. I even e-mail him through E bay and asked him to call me. "Hi remember me, Tom in Little Rock?" (lessons learned) My father caught me lying once. He said "son, once someone lies to you, you can never be 100% sure if they are telling you the truth ever again"

Notice, still no positive answer about the titles???

The bidding is now up to $20,000, I wish those bidders new the facts!

OK. Bidding has reached $25k and the reserve has been met? Who in their right mind would take the risk of a $25k reserve on two X's and two GS Stage 1's? Smells funky to me.

There sure has been alot of salt thrown on the popcorn. The reserve has been met on Ebay. Give him (areed) some time to explain if there are any liens against these buick gems. :3gears:

Let's re-ask the title question again....

Are there any titles to the cars?

This might be good to know. :TU: Also, would areed (the seller) be willing to clarify the numbers matching situation as the eBay description and a member's post on this thread are not consistent. Not calling anyone out here, just would like that clarified becuase there are potentially lots of numbers to be considered in the auction. Thanks very much
