great looking car! this is my 58 with a 425 these pictures suck the car is much cleaner that it appears BTW I vote gold with maybe a heavy gold flake roof or flat gold with heavy gold flake roof
nineteenfifty5, could you post some pics of the rear setup? What psi do you run in the back (if you're riding relatively low)? Is it bouncy? Looking good, 58sled. I've seen you around on the HAMB. Nice to see full pics of your car.
about 60 psi not very bouncy, I don't have the any pics of rear end set up, it pretty simple though the air bags replace your springs but i"m still running the old shocks I'm going to update that
give them a call, they really good they walk you through it , you might need to mix and match parts to make it work some fab is involved
Flat black is nice, but now you see it all the time. I think it needs to be a dark color so you can show off the acres of chrome. Great project.
the car is in the shop for prep then a good mate is going to shoot her pistchio green with white top, going to pull the 322 to fix a leak and paint and reinstall as is .going to wait on the 425 as the cost is getting up there on paint an interior
OK update, color change going for charcoal grey with white top and red int what do ya all reckon ........ ?
I like that alot better then the green. I loved your gold idea too. Im going to keep an eye on this thread, 50s buicks hold a very special place in my heart.
