    Jack,
Your car is like Mike Shaws car http://www.v8buick.com/member.php?16262-pro-tour-gsx. He ran 10.89 @ 123 MPH last September at Cecil county. He has a TSP built engine that dyno'd at 580 HP, and his car weighs in at 3600 lbs. My TSP engine dyno'd at 602 HP, but I had fuel pressure problems and could only muster an 11.67 @ 115.49 MPH. My car is also a lot heavier at between 4000-4100 with me in it. I had a defective fuel pump so I'll try again when I get to the track.

BTW, that broken drive shaft pole vaulting a car was proven to be a myth somewhere. No doubt it would do some damage, but it won't flip the car. A loop is never a bad idea though. I used to have one before I installed my GV overdrive. I have an x pipe also. Don't think it would hit the ground if I did pop a front u joint.

    Congrats on your track times.:TU:

WOW! how close is that. The car launched so hard I think that I would have to do some susspention work to hold up to it. Thanks for the Coment!

Yeah, that was on Mythbusters. They had an old Dodge they tried over and over to get some reaction when the front of the driveshaft hit. They finally got it to land in a pothole they created and it just bent the heck out of the driveshaft and pushed it back up into the trank area. Cool episode :)
