I never did understand how those 4 speed Wildcat shifters worked. Maybee because I have never actually seen one in person.

    Topcat Got TORQUE?

I had a 63 'Cat with the long console and the shift pattern was short and tight and VERY sporty! Wish I had that one back......

    Bill,
I wish I had that one too, got any pictures of it? How about a 62 63 Carter AFB? I know you got some of the best parts for these cars, how long have you been collecting?

This car is very tempting, but with only 3 pics i am not sure. I am concerned about interior pieces missing for one since the pic just catches a glimpse of it and it looks a bit rough inside.

The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale.

i thought about this one just a little bit to long.

Looks like maybe someone made an offer the seller couldn't refuse. Wish it was me, looks like another one has got away. The search continues, I'd really like to find a '63 convertible 4 speed. 1 of 14 sound about right, Maybe less? Time will tell, who knows what I'll run accross?

Bill, keep me posted on the Carb, Thanks!:TU:

Well it wasn't me even though I was seriously thinking about it.
Someone's gonna have a nice ride when they're finished with it. :TU:

dualqwad first i missed on your Rivi, outbid in a mad 3 person final minute bid on a 61 LeSabre Estate Wagon Sunday and now this 4 speed car. Either its strike 3 and i am out or the next one is mine :Do No:

65 Rivi's has always been weakness, so if a economical Gran Sport survivor comes up its mine

of course 4 speeds are just to cool and thats what i give up to go with the Rivi.

yeah, most definitely. I was going to go look at this weekend if it didn't sell by then, oh well. Timing was almost perfect because I have the dough and my younger brother is giving the '64 4dr I built for him back to me this week. It has immaculate chrome and solid sheet metal all around, would have been the perfect parts car to bring that 4 speed back. At least this way there is still the possibility of keeping the 4dr together, it's a nice car but I wouldn't feel bad using it to restore a worthy recipient like the 4 speed.

Maybe I'll be in a position to nab it then, "Timing is Everything". I hope someone will give it what it needs, but who knows at that price it could be someones parts car?

a hurdle was almost half the purchase price had to be added for shipping to indiana. just another factor to add to it.
