How is the Cecil event going? The GS Nats are a little down this year so far. We'll see how Friday pans out. Weather has been low 90s and no rain yet. We'll see if our luck holds!
We had a GREAT time at Cecil! Nicely attended event, well run, and a good facility. Beautiful cars, beautiful weather, and great people. Taulb and I are very glad we went! I posted some pics in the "pictures of cecil Friday" thread.
Heck yeah we did! Fantastic show, watching the races from the fence was amazing. And of course reuniting with everyone was the best part. I'm still wearing my souvenir sunburn!
Yeah close viewing is cool. I was returning to pits after running BQUICK and rolled to a stop right next to the fence in my car! Was even with the next pair of Q16 on the line as they left. So close....not many tracks set up like that.
cecil was fantastic for a first timer here and highly recomend anyone that is passionate about buick history and the automobile to schedule a trip to an any event. thanks to all who make it happen... and I did see one team working everywhere wow thanks team Csordas
