When I took my linkage apart, I found that all the holes in my Z bar and clutch pedal were elongated. I welded up the holes and re drilled them. Really helped take all the play out. If you take the clutch pedal out, get new plastic bushings for the brake and clutch pedals. This eliminates the side to side play in the pedals.

My Z bar is all okay, and the clutch pedal has already been beefed up and rewelded. My car is a low mile one that was actually taken care of, and only the rubber is worn and not the metal. I do have new bushings for the pedals too if I get that far into it, we'll see I guess.

Just got TA PERFORMANCE aluminum flywheel in! 14 lbs of goodness! Anyone know what torque settings are for the clutch cover bolts? I'm guessing maybe 30 ft/lbs?

$500. Seems like a decent flywheel. It has a steel friction plate that is riveted in rather than bolted like my Tilton for my other car. So I don't know how or if it can be resurfaced when the time comes.
