I don’t have scripture memorized, nor do I fully understand everything that I read in the Bible, which I do read every day, but what I do know is the peace that has come to me since I have given my life to Jesus. The things of this world are not very important to me at all anymore. I do not fear leaving this world, in fact I look forward to the day tha Jesus returns, which I feel is near. But most of all I have seen the Lord bless my immediate family time and time again as we take steps closer to the lord through the church and the scriptures. I can also see my friends and family look at me as one of those “crazy Bible thumpers” and they think my church is a cult, lol. I only wish that they could feel the peace and joy you can only get from the Lord.

It’s sometimes hard to trust Gods plan and his timing, our nature makes us think we need to be strong and make things happen but if we are patient and faithful things usually work out better than we thought they could.
