i have cc’d the combustion chambers on my TA heads, the number is 66

Anyone know what the heads would have to be cut to get to 65 or 64 cc’s?

    10 thou?

    Thanks
    Brad

My TA heads were cut .040" by Greg Gessler. They ended up at 59cc. I think .010 should do it.

After some additional porting by TSP, they now sit at 61cc. Jim customized the piston dish/reliefs at 30cc to keep my compression down at 10.54:1.

Thanks Larry. My TSP pistons are at 25cc. If I use a 30 thou head gasket, I will be at 10.53 to 1 with 66 cc combustion chambers. Looking at best options to put me at 10.5 to 1 or slightly more

Hey Brad. Maybe I could meet up with you sometime and cc my Stage 1 heads now that they are unshrouded and polished chambers as well as a .010" planing. It looks like you have the setup to check it accurately.

Greg, I borrowed a friends 100 ml burette to do this. I plan on getting one, your welcome to come over and cc away once I have it.
