    MarkO, could you please post your blue printing findings here, for the OEM factory BBB bell crank? OPG has contacted me asking for these, as they are prepared to go back to the manufacturer of their bell crank to have them address the non-original dimension variations of their reproduction.

    Thank you for your help with this! How nice it would be if we'd come up with a reputable source for this part!!

    I use a solid steel bushing in the pedal and the z-bar. I was making my own,but Inline Tube has two sizes,and I use the smaller one.
    I have a another z-bar that I welded gussets to and the fork end has a rod end bolted to it,with a pointed sleeve to fit the pocket of the fork.
    Yes,the factory spot-welds on the pedals were not intended for too much "spirited driving".
