U may to have your nostrils cauterized. A friend, many years ago had the same problem as u and cauterization remedied it.

I've also heard a little Vaseline to keep nasal passages moist.

A little vaseline on a q-tip in the nasal passage gently moved around to coat the passage in question. As said this will protect things from drying out. Keep stress to a minimum if at all possible.
I shattered my face and sinus area when I was about 12 on a steering wheel. Fun times:rolleyes:. Ever since then I have gotten mild bloody noses if things dry up to much. 6 out of 7 days. Never gets to the upper lip but a bleeder non the less.
Stress and environmental conditions are a big trigger.
Good luck and give it a try

My chronic nose bleeds started when my nose got blasted by the back of my buddy's head. I'm certain it was broken, but never went to the doc. My bleeds are triggered by the cold dry weather and sometimes with allergies. They've gotten less over the years, but I still have a whopper that takes 30-45 mins to stop once or twice a year.

...assume doc asked what meds/OTCs you're taking, if any. Some exacerbate bleeding...

This is just WAY too much info from you's.

As far as Buick nose bleeds go, in the late '80's I did this:

    . 1C.JPG

Quickest and fastest I ever went. He had the machine but was missing an engine. I had the engine but no ride.

Married the two. I will NOT do that again. Short wheelbase altered + Buick 430 11:1 + 308S cam = Terror.

Broke a couple of Powerglides. Input shaft was the weak link.

I, on the other hand thought I'd try it.

So, straddled and belted in, helmet on, went for it. I don't have claustrophobia. But being in this thing and doing one 9 sec pass was enough.

    Back to the Wildcat.

I finally figured out mine were due to aspirin usage. The Vaseline worked too in dry weather. Knock on wood - I haven't had a major bleed in years!

I had that a couple years ago, two trips to Now Care. Vaseline on a Q tip was recommended and helped a lot.
