nice indeed. Nice upgrade from the original aluminum v8! Might twist the windows out of that beast. Was that an original aluminum v8 with the 2 speed and a peanut rearend? Major fab to fit that rear end in there. the drive shaft is probably 4 feet or so.
I like the wheele skids, that car is small enough to spin around the shop.
The smallest driveshaft i ever saw was in a ford courier tiny truck. Guy had a 351 cleveland head , C 6 , and a 9 inchrear.

    Yes, they are here..

Will be doing some mockup work later today hopefully, trying to get a motor shipped to France today, and I swear with all the paperwork you would think I was sending Nuclear fuel or something.

    I will say this.

    They Don't disappoint in person..

When you see them on a motor you will say , you will know you put heads on it. It would be a cool look to see valve cover cutouts in hood with them sticking out. and a nice bulge in the center of hood.

They are not quite that thick Anson..

For reference, they use 7" long valves instead of 5".... so it's not like they are a foot taller..

we will get a good look at them tomorrow.

Just fyi Jim I'm pretty sure on my Somerset that would put the front of my valve covers through the hood.

We are starting on the intakes for the billet heads this week. Important pieces for the dyno, the plans have been done for a while but the head prep for water and rockers set us back a couple weeks even though it was preplanned. We do have the rockers with steel exhaust and should have a complete set of all aluminum within a couple weeks. That will save those who do not need steel a thousand bucks! Thanks to Doug Jones, Wayne Jesel and the whole Jesel staff. These guys are amazing. I have had many suppliers and shops push us to the front of the line, they want to see what the Buicks can do! ken

    Greetings:
The last update here was in April, anything new on the billet heads?
Did they make it onto the Supercat? Did you you get some runs?
I was very impressed by these heads and was curious what was happening!

    Thanks!!
