72 lesabre 4 door was th "battlestar lesabria"

72 chevy wagon was the "X R E R" which stood for Exit Right Enter Right since the doors on the left side of the car didnt work.

67 grand prix HT was "nicole" named after the Point Blank song Nicole

82 camaro was the "recovery chariot"

75 impala 4 door was "norman greenbomb"....but the car was yellow latex paint.

first 74 lesabre vert was "the manhattan project" since it looked like it survived a nuclear blast.

my current 76 4 door lesabre is blue and is called "the wild blue yonder"

my current licensed 74 lesabre vert is named "Maxine" after the Donald Fagan song Maxine.

Fun thread. I also am very weird. However being fairly anticonventional that suits me just fine.

    Lets see.. Ive had..

" D.C. " That was an 84 camaro we called diesel camaro because it sounded, smelled & ran like a diesel for some reason.

" Pristine " She was a 65 tempest convertible, red on red with a 326. Earned the name because she tried to kill my x girlfriend twice & generally hated everyone except me. R.I.P. I miss that car.

" B!$@h " Thats a 66 skylark so named because she reminds me of a 20 something year old horse I had as a kid that earned the name by never wanting to leave the barn and/or running for the barn at top speed when the unsuspecting rider hopped down to do anything.

Except in this case substitute " barn " for " garage ".

    Yeehaw!

Years ago, my friends nicknamed my car "Bad" and that name has stuck ever since. They still ask me if I'm bringing "Bad" over. I think it's kind of funny to nickname a 4500 lb car this, but who am I to argue.

    ethan buicks rock!

Hmm. I guess I haven't named my Buick yet... I usually just call it "The Buick".

Have had names for other cars though...

"Brown Sunshine" was the name of my '83 Ford Econoline. It was rust-color brown with rust everywhere. I got the name from that White Zombie song "Black Sunshine".

"G*d Dam&*&# piece of s#i#@t I'll never buy another #&*($&*(# VW again" was the name of my '87 VW Scirocco 16V. Fast fun car but I can't believe how much of a turd it was. I was very close to smashing it with a sledgehammer on many occasions.

"McPete" was the name of my '86 Chevy Nova, because there was a sticker on the back with that name... I think it was a dealership in Louisiana or something. Anyways, McPete always sounded like a pirate's name to me, so me and my friends would always joke around and say things like, "Aaaarrrr... Let's go for a ride in McPete. Walk the plank, McPete, you've got Scurrrvey! Aaarrr.."

Anyways, I guess this post proves that I'm weird too.

WE owned a 48 Roadmaster Sedanette( 2 dr fast back) that we drove to Flint in 78 for Buick's 75th annv. and the kids named her "BIG BERTHA BUICK" because it just rolled down the hwy at 70 mph like the road wasn't even under.
For the 100 annv at Flint I took my 70 GSX 4 spd and my son took his 70 GS 455 (Cloned white GSX) race car. I never put a name on the GSX , just call it the "STAGE 2 X "
My 68 Sportwagon is named and it is on the tailgate,
    "SPORTWAGON FROM HELL"

How bad have you got it ?
