    Not even remotely overstated. Can't wait to see how much the HOA's underwriter walks back the coverage if/when an inspection cover-up (which is also criminal fraud) is exposed.

    Why not? They will have a maximum limit of liability and I'm sure purchased re-insurance to cover their excess loss. They will be fine, trust me. You and I WILL get to share in the pain through increased premiums on everything we insure, no matter what company you have.
