UPDATE: So I get a call last Wed. from my agent at 4:00. The exterminator says that we have TERMITES! So I close up early and have my wife pack me a bag and was on the road by 4:30. Drive the 12 hours and get there the next morning. I thump on the back wall of the house and it's MUSHY:af: It turns out my renters piled a bunch of crap against the house which gave the termites a way to climb up past the 2 courses of block and begin to munch on my house:ball: . So I yank off the vinyl siding and find 4 sheets of plywood chewed to sawdust. Luckily the framing was untouched. So I had it together by the end of the day and all is moving ahead. It was SUPPOSE to close yesterday, But their appraiser is dragging his feet. S.O.B this is a PAIN IN THE A$$.:af:

Good thing the framing was ok. What a bite though, renters do suck. My folks rented Grandma's house.....sheesh couldn't hardly give it away after that. Hope you don't have to cry in your beer at Casey's...hope it's gone by then.:TU:

VOO-Doo Say Mike, Dont send any of your VO-DO over to me!!!!! I just sold our house, they signed the PA with a contingent of a home inspection. Yesterday it passed and they signed off on that so hopefully it is a done deal. Cant count on the deal being done untill the check is cashed and then wait 3 buiseness days!!!!:laugh: . I have one big advantage over you, there isnt a termite that stupid that will live up here in this frozen Hell hole!!!! Now all I do is wait untill March 1st and cross my fingers! Thanks Jim
Hey Mike, hang in there, that is probably as bad as it will get. After every race I ALWAYS drain my oil into a bottle and pour it on my siding to insure against termites.
