If you call me some night I can go over how you can do them manually so they end up looking "factory".:laugh::laugh::laugh:
when I worked on heavy duty ag, we only bent the longer leg over top of the stud, and cut the other off just longer than the side of the castle nut. the reason we did this is that for some reason when we bent both legs(either down or wraped them around the nut) they would break and the pins fell out. it was strange how when we left the one leg and just trimmed it we had no problems.
