Here are a pair of real GNXs, mine and my dad's. Throughout the years we have traded up. Starting out in 1990 with two '84 GNs then around 1993 we had a pair of 87 GNs and now both we both have X cars. Gotta love it!

    mark:
is that an 8N or 9N ford tractor . front tires/wheels look like they are off a '52 8N .
my dad's first new tractor was an 8N purchased in 1951 with a dearborn manure loader . when he sold it in 1991 , it was just like new . motor was overhauled in 1963 & tractor repainted .
it is currently owned by a family friend living in alberta .

I am not computer wise enough to post pictures, but this past summer we had a family race day. my 6 kids ,my brother in law and I all ran at Mid Michigan Motoplex. My oldest boy flew in from Germany to compete. My middle son ( running my 37 Buick coupe) won the race . My youngest son won the gamblers race that the track had. All in all it was a ball even if I got beat!

Yup, its an 8N... 1947 just last summer we put new mains and rod bearings along with an oil pump. Other than a stuck valve that has fixed itself... its a great running tractor.

    Thanks for the compliment!

The one on the left is mine and it's quickest time is 12.25 sec, fastest speed is 110.02 mph, and best 60' 1.74 sec.

The other is my dad's if I recall it's quickest time was 13.00 sec. I don't remember the speed, but that time was with two flat lobes on the cam and a blown head gasket.
