A 1970 Roadrunner. Lime light 440 4 speed air grabber hood would be perfect. Going to look at a similar one this weekend.
My dream car 1970 dodge challenger r/t v8 six-pack. I'd say its not unrealistic because i AM getting one. there is no doubt in my mind no matter what happens i am getting one.
Smokey and the bandit, best movie of all times!!:TU: My list Bandit special T/A any 67-69 camaro or firebird in any condition 53 ish chev p/u 67 chevy/gmc shortbox 38 chev coupe, or buick or...
This is a fun topic because I love to dream about what my next car will be. I usually only buy what I really want and hoard. Don't sell much. The "realistic" part depends on how many more years I feel like working. Part of me wants to pull a Spetzman and retire early. The other part wants to keep accumulating toys, making retirement impossible. Stuff I would like to add: Boss 429. How could I not, with an aluminum semi-hemi headed big block and they all had 4 speeds. o No: Besides, there's too many of them collecting dust and not enough of them burning off the polyglass. 55 or 56 Chrysler 300. The original Hemi peformance car in a beautiful package.:TU: Shelby GT500 Convert. 4 speed of course. Limited production, exotic, big block, ragtop.ray: 68 Cougar GTE 427. I had a pair of big block Cougars in high school. :Smarty: Ahh, the memories.... The 427 GTE is the ultimate Couger. 67 GTO convert. Had one that I bought in '79, sold in '80. The Goat was sportin' a pair of AFB's, 4 speed, pinstriped flames, rally II's. It was a sweet car! I never should have sold it, I want it back. But the guy I sold it to totaled it. So the best I can do is find a suitable replacement.
10-4 on the 55 and 56 Chrysler 300's, Joel. They've always been one of my favorites. May surprise some people, but at the top of my dream list is a 4 speed 62 Grand Prix with a 421HO. Close behind, though is a 57 Olds Super 88 J2 with a factory stick. I've had about every Olds Cutlass/442 I ever wanted with some duplicates.  Real happy with the three I have now, the Ramrod, the 66 L69 car and the 68 W30 car (the way Olds should have built it...if I can ever get those last 2 done...
I might be able to assist you with this I know of a turquoise with white/white project car thats untouched sitting for many years near my vacation home at the lake.
If you really want a car all you have to do is ask! The correct hood is located and sitting there as is a NOS chrome for the drivers front fender edge. Now how bad do you want a NON rusted 56 Nomad
Not mine ooops! Belongs to a friend. I thought it was 56 but your correct it's a 55 I didn't pay too much attention to the car because I don't want to buy it and never get the Suncoupe done. It has to be the nicest garage find I have seen lately and I keep thinking a crate BBC with a nice OD tranny and some pro tour wheels/tires and well you see why I never tried to get it.
I have a couple now that I wanted and still am working on the future. 1989 Turbo TA 1986/87 GN 1976 TA 1966 3 deuce F-85 Olds 1966 Cataline 2+2
If this is a "realistic" wish list then here goes; 1963 split-widow fuel injected 'Vette (360hp w/ 37 gal tank) 1978 Porsche 928 w/ checkerboard interior and Silver exterior 1988-1992 Lamborghini LM002 1989 Bobby Allison Buick Regal Road Race car w/ spares Arial Atom 1969 Stage 1 Convertible 1972 Stage 1 Convertible 1998-xxxx Bentley Arnage T w/ limited-slip differential 1995 CART Reynard/Lola/Galmar, etc. w/ spares 2000+ Trophy Truck No customs here or fantasy cars; they all exist it's only a matter of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!
I want a '57 Chrysler 300, ragtop. Then a '57 fuel injected Bonneville, then a '56 dual quad, stick, Pontiac Chieftian. Then I'd need a 66 Shelby 350 and a 66 or 67 Fairlane 390 GT.
just one.... '62 Catalina 4 speed (actually, a 5 speed w/ 4 speed knob :Brow: ) maroon/maroon or black/maroon, must be tri-tone bench seat with as many stock appearing inches that can be crammed... :3gears: my life would be complete..
