    Hi George,
It didn't take you long to track him down. Interesting that he still owns the car after all these years.
Oh well, onward and upward to the next one.

I'm almost sure that my Dad has about every major magazine, each issue of each month, from about 1965 to the present day. If I look for it I could probably get lost looking for it for days. I think its cool when a Buick makes the cover or gets an article in a magazine because no one ever thought that we would get noticed. Rick, I believe I have read that article about your car before.

Hey Rick, In the article, do you mention the blue bottle in the trunk? You always had one back in those days!

Blue bottle????:Brow: Which one, the one in the trunk or the small one tucked under the dash behind the glove box. Boy those WERE the days. Good ole street racing:)

I was recently reading a magazine with coverage of the Woodward Dreamcruise. It featured an article on my favorite car from this area, a 1967 Camaro with TWIN Vortech Superchargers. This car is the only one in Windsor to get an area and believe me, it deserves it. Always good to hear about someone you know getting an article and believe me when I say this, I feel that more than half the guys on this board deserve a spot in a magazine.

Man, a law enforcement occifer street racing! Shame!

I liked the pic in the article with Scotty taking the aluminum heads (Stage 2) out of the safe and the guy with the spear gun guarding em in his underwear.

Rick, what was the story with those heads? It was way before TA came out with any, right?

I believe that I've got EVERY magazine that had a Buick article in it during the last 20 years. Problem is coming up with some sort of filing and retrieval system!!!!:Dou:

Now, if I had spent all that money on my BUICK rather than on magazines, I'd have been much better off.:spank:

Actually, I've been putting my magazine articles into an Access database. VERY tedious and time consuming!! I guess I've got 10 or 15 years of Classic Sixties/Car Review entered. But if I'm looking for a pic of model X year Y color Z, I can find it.
Do I get as much use out of it in proportion to the labor to do it?... I have to say NOPE. :Dou:
