Its a different bracket for the LS1 fronts, I got a set from Rich Hoag for $60, you can reach him at rwhoag.camaro1@verizon.net for more info. Then you would need ls1 calipers and abutements

The rear i have in my El Camino is a type O 12 bolt and it has non c-clip axles, I made a plate for mine to act as the bearing retainer. I don't have any pics but it was just a piece of plate steel and it allowed me to use a Wilwood kit in the rear

I'll have to check the s-10 set ups out and see. I found this off of the bpg website-

    http://www.tsmmfg.com/2181.htm

That looks like it might work if i can't find anything else.

I have their rotors and they look pretty good. I haven't gotten it all together yet because the rest of the kit I have won't clear a factory Buick 15x7 wheel. If you use about any other 15" wheel, it should work. With an 1/8" spacer, I think it will all work but I have to wait until I get the car back from the trany shop!

The Right Stuff kits fit and function well. Matt's Classic Bowties is a distributor for them and has just about the best prices with a lifetime warranty and pads for life....he was doing full four wheel power kits for under $800. I did the drilled and slotted rotor upgrade, stainless braided hose upgrade, and did a full stainless hardline kit for a little over $1300 before he dropped the price. SSBC is doing some decent rebates right now as well.

If you've got the dough, I'd do a 12" disc or better for looks. Here is an 11" rotor with a 17" rim.

I've run several sets of Wilwood's and I never had great success with them. On my street car I ended up going back to a stock setup and the car stops better now than it ever did with the Wilwood's. I had Dynalite 4 piston calipers and the .810 x 10.75 cast vented rotors. I'm sure a larger diameter rotor would have worked better, but there wasn't room.
Just from my experience, for a stout street car I would not go with Wilwood's. BTW, one of the main reasons I would not go with them again is the poor customer service when trying to resolve issues. For what it's worth, I do still have Wilwoods on my drag car.

I have the SSBC kit front and rear. Not overly impressed with the thunderbird calipers that they use for the rear with the screw in piston.
I haven't actually road test yet so well see if they stop or not.. I did have a heck of a time bleeding the system, but thats just my experience with the system.

The one's from matt's classics actually don't look too bad. I do think a 12 inch rotor would fill the rim out a little better, but unfortunately it looks like all they carry are 11 inch ones.

Steve, the more feedback I get, the more wilwoods seem to be out. I can't say i've heard many people with positive experience on them.

Matt can get a lot more than what he lists on his website. If you call or email them they can help you out.

I wouldn't be afraid of Wilwoods, I have a rear set thats seen many miles and its been trouble free.
