Alright, ordered a new windshield from Tyra in NL. Unfortunately the shipping cost was the same as the glass itself, but as long as I get it soon I am happy

 

Cool. Let us know how you like it when you receive it. And make sure your installer is a pro. Leaky windows are no fun.

 

Finally! Got the new windshield installed and I must say it feels like driving a new car. No scratches or glares, really nice.

BTW, found out that it has the '73 Stage 1 engine, but it have had a 0.030" overbore job, making it nearly impossible to read the engine code. However, the numbers match :Brow:

I could have your windshield shipped for free to Esjberg in a shrimp truck, all you had to do was picking it up at the harbour.

 

Just added my data to the map, but did a typo :-/
This is a present to my wife for her 40 year birthday next month, so I have to store it away until then. I even had to spray dust over it to cover the windshield exchange up

There is still much to do with this car, but making it run, new windshield, paying taxes and getting plates for it is what she gets. I will post some photos then!

 

If you tell me what the typo is, I can change it for you.
