Hugger, Great Build! Will the valves and springs be gracing this engine? Look forward to seeing the car and meeting you in BG.
Those will go in a set I need to finish porting,..and then on a billet rod combo that I'm hoping will make 550 stock appearing
Picked up shortblock today,...trans I hope to pick up this week,..it's ready but this guy is broke,..and I still gotta get the heads out of hock ha,... chances are beyond slim at this point,...but I'm gonna try as best as I can ,...funds are the main issue but next year for certain
Trans is here,....all I need is the heads and I might can make this happen,..now that I'm a single man ha
Isn't it tho,...they require so much attention and consume so much,..then you got the cars to worry about,..ha but they don't verbally hassle you ,..they both mentally hassle you at times,..but the car you can walk away from and it won't throw **** at you ha
What's is funny they tell you how terrible you are ,..how you never take them anywhere,..but them surprises,... rub their feet and on on and on,..but scream and claw for you to stay,....does this make any sense haha
I think maybe we should start having the Nationals twice a year, just so we can watch Hugger slam more cars together! Awesome!
GSX just didn't happen,..too much going on,..BUT I will be running GSR this year with the slowest entry doin some prep to try to get it consistent if anything Should go 11s I feel sure 4 speed car
Car been together since 03 been in Muscle car enthusiast when it was fresh and stock appearing,... currently 464 13 to 1 Stock TA S1 street Eliminators 107HL window rattler MT headers sp1 TD rollers E85 410 with an Autogear M22
Still sitting in SC,..no time to get it loaded,..no truck to pull it and a warped trailer axle from the trip to Michigan,..just to much to overcome
Blowing the cob webs off the X.....2024 is the year....heads are back on the work bench....updates soon
Looking forward to seeing it at the nats. Very few of us are fortunate enough to have held on to our high school sweetheart.
Life just gets in the way too often but after 22yrs it's time to get it back on the road and laying stripes
