will be interesting to see if a trip across the country and better pictures brings more money......

If so, I may have to start shipping my "finds" to Jason Cook to sell!

"Car is as we Found It. Has NOT been started" I don't get it....if they got it running, they would get much more! I bet they tried getting it started and it does not run.

Whoever shipped that car should be shot for the tears in the frame where they latched it down incorrectly.

Is it just me, or do the VIN tag rivets look incorrect?

If anyone knows where this car is please let me know. I bid but came up just short. The car needs work but I like it just the way it is and would love to own it.

    Thanks!

What a load of BS. "Barn Find" ?????? This is part of the problem of the hobby, when greed takes over and dealers start using slogans to conjure up interest. It was in a back yard for crying out loud.

Yes, "Barn Find" and "Survivor" are greatly taken advantage of, also the phrase "completely original" has been exploited for the last 3 decades.

Figured I would bring this back from the dead. I had been looking for the original listing for this car for a while now. Does anyone have any background story on it?

It is upsetting how many good parts were removed from this car and sold. I had to pay good money just to replace the tilt column, rear wheel well trim, trunk trim and star wars aircleaner and there is still lots missing.

Hopefully it will be back on the road this spring. I just have to get the interior back together, check the brakes and go through the suspension.

Man I hate it when somebody sells parts like that.

I just checked and I only saved the 50+ photos and ad from 2013 when it was listed on eBay in NY. I thought had saved the others too but apparently not.

Is there a way you could send me those photos? It would be a big help in trying this car back to the way it was in Portland. I finally tracked down a decent 67 steering wheel. I think the biggest missing part now is the am/fm radio. Not sure I am ready to spend $400 plus for a radio that will need overhaul.

Send me your preferred email address in a PM and I will send you any photos that I have of the car.

I think I have two '67 AM/FM radios, I'll check on that too.
