`67 GS400 Exhaust manifold casting #`s help!

    my curiousity got the best of me so i drove out to the shop tonight and shot a couple pictures if the manifold. i think it raises more questions than it answers though. mine has the same casting number as yours but is different looking

    Hey thanks Bob you didnt have to go out there tonight,now i see the difference,very odd,it puzzles me like the casting # difference between manifolds used on `67 GS 400`s,mine has the 1377139-1 number which yours has the 1377139-2.

    I wonder if maybe Buick didnt use the heat riser valve in warmer climate cars for areas such as arizona and florida and California. that would make sense as to why there are 2 variations of the same manifold and casting number.

    Thats really wierd stuff,if you notice in my pic you cannot read the casting number that well because its not as clear as yours or Bobs.
