Good question, you don't hear much, if at all, about supercharged 350 Buicks that are being driven daily, or raced.
Driven daily I wouldn't think there would be an issue, the 350 Buick is a very stout block.
Driven daily or raced, if its set up the right way, and the engine is in good condition, and boost is kept reasonable, fuel has ample octane for the boost, and detonation is kept to near zero, you should be ok, BUT, I would seriously consider forged pistons in any boosted application JUST IN CASE detonation rears its ugly head.

Anthony Makely has one. Uses a P-1 Procharger. Easier to fit one under the hood with a 350 than a 455.

I think my 455 brackets would work on a 350. It would depend on the accessory bracket mounting points on the head being the same as a 455.

Working on a CNC version of my brackets this month and will let everyone know how they work out.

Just finishing the improved power steering pump bracket prototype. I use a GM type II pump with a remote reservoir. It takes an 12X18 piece of aluminum plate to make that bracket.

It takes about $150 worth of material to make the brackets.

At the end of this process I should have a program to cut the brackets. Never done this before so will see how it works out.

I drive mine everywhere. I don't do too much on the highway, 3.70 gear, no overdrive= high RPM's. I have the 1/2' pitch belt and pulley's so it makes the whine.
Now the bad, I had to make nearly everything to do this. I am running a 4-71 GMC blower, pushing around 5 psi. I highly recommend boost. You definitely want to use 8:1 pistons, 93 octane gas minimum, and I try not to twist it over 5800 rpm. I ran a 12.88 @ 108mph at Norwalk last year on street tires, and 2nd gear was hurt on my 4 speed.

Chris, time to start looking for a 5 speed tremac at a junkyard. They are getting pretty common. You need to get up to the Holly show on a Wed night this summer. We can have a blown Buick section.
