I bet none of your gear oils smell as bad as the skunk guts GM used in superchargers on the 3800 engines!
Change is coming.......I am trying to accumulate parts to do a 4spd conversion. I picked up a few 4spd things some time ago and its just been something that is digging at me. I am trying to acquire everything needed to put a 4 speed into my GS. I am looking for a cool shifter either original or vintage cool.
I wish I could. I don’t have a way to transport it and it’s way to hard to drive it that far. I wonder if that would work. Can you text me pics ? I think you have my cell number. Thank you.
Wow Ryan, just stumbled upon this thread (and your previous). If it hasn't been said already, this car deserves to be in its own "Corvette Summer" style movie! Spectacular. Devon
Thanks Devon. Most credit should go to Bill for building such a cool GS and Dave for all his help getting this car back on the road again
I can now confirm that my GS will be at MCACN in a few weeks. It will be shown in the lobby. Looking forward to seeing many of the members and friends from the board. If we have not met before please come over and introduce yourself. I always enjoy meeting members from the board. I still think we need name tags with our handle when we go to Buick events lol. I also want to reiterate that this car would not have been able to be on the road and shown without many of the members help. To all of you that have helped with this car I again want to say thank you very much.
How many of you guys (members) are going to the Chicago show in Nov.? Looks like a nice show/ venue. I watched the 2019 vid and it looks like a 2 day Autorama type event. Plenty for the car purists and the get down extreme ride fans.
