Nice looking car. Seems like a good deal, too.

Devil is in the details but it does seem reasonable, especially in this market and from a dealer. Would be even more interesting if that was a factory hood tach!

That’s a screaming deal if it runs and drives like 54,000 miles.

Really sharp 72GS convertible only thing I seen that may be a question is the Cowl tag The holes look pretty big for the rivets could be just a picture.

I will be driving through Tyler this week and will try to stop in and take a look at the car and the cowl tag rivets. It looks pretty good in the pics.

I like it. Not perfect by any means but nice tho. Body looks straight and lined up good. Front end looks nice and square.

Something wrong with the right front bumper impact strip. Wrong hood molding for GS.
Wrong center caps, master cyl, lots of little things. Paint does not look so good but a lot of car for the money.

I noticed on the window sticker:
calls for front and rear bumper guards,
instrument gauges and protective body side moldings.
    Maybe I am missing something.
    Yet, I wouldn't mind owning.

Looks like a decent driver. You could buy that and be driving on the Power Tour in 2 weeks!

I called today to schedule an appointment to go see the car tomorrow, and somebody out of Florida bought it today.

I'm not surprised. It seemed like a very nice looking car at a good price. I wish it was me! :)

Much like the person who tried flipping the concours restored car done by a member here, I think the person buying this may be surprised that the market has moved in the last couple of months.

It may very well have (I tend to agree) but regardless, the 350 cars will likely never bring the big $ and this is from someone who has 2 of 'em. Even 100% restored correctly/concours I wouldn't expect my '71 GS convertible to fetch more than $40-45k in a good market and even less for my '70 GS 350 4-sp. Even '71-2 GSXs w/350s will never bring big $.

This car probably was a good deal if someone wanted to own a really nice driver and still be able to get their $ back someday & hopefully whoever bought it did so with that intent. I agree w/you that if it was to flip, they'll be disappointed.

This was my car and I can give you the complete story on it .I was the one who did the last restoration and owned it for a a while . The car has held up well and was a NC car tgat I bought out of Hollywood MD. 2010 or so.
Reading the comments have been intresting lol. The car was a power drum car. I did a correct conversion to the disc and changed proportion block and new lines . Left master . It worked fantastic.
I saw this car Saturday online and reached out to dealer. I have one now or would have bought car back.
I have several pictures I can share later .
