Got the decklid, now it’s front bumper hunt. I’m thinking Craig(meltdown12) I have a 72 so what do I need to change on the core support ?

    To look correct

    Hood moulding
    Headlight doors
    Grille and grille trim

At the bare minimum you'll need to change the grill,...would look like ****,..but,...

The park lamps are different also,...no difference in the rad support

Cool beans, I was pretty sure about the headlight doors, I’m hoping the nose trim will work on my glasstek hood. Thanks for the info !

I’ll be back home this weekend, Monday I’ll start on another hood plus I’m going to order some vacuum bagging equipment. I just started playing around with carbon fiber last spring. Making the small stuff like radio bezels and headlight buckets would be easier with vacuum due to the multitude of little shapes on the parts even just using regular fiberglass vs. carbon. Carbon is 10x the cost of fiberglass so it’s a real cost vs benefit situation with some parts. Here’s the two latest molds that just need to have a top coat of tooling gelcoat sprayed before I can try them out! Radio bezel and glovebox door. 8A1AB6DC-4FE1-4F49-9D7E-DA84FBB8621A.jpeg

I did mention this in my hood thread, but the 70 front bumper mold it’s just about complete as well. I’ll do the final touch up on that the same time I do the two pieces above, and again lay one up in between laying up the next hood DBB8E4B9-7F5B-47D1-A91F-F870426C9DD7.jpeg .

I'd be in for the radio bezel minimally...

I would be interested in a complete inventory of what you have available Craig.

I'm definitely in for a cf glove box door and bezel.

I could get myself in a big lot of trouble with this...I am envisioning a 1 piece front end added then a tube chassis to make a 70 GS funnycar... 325742568_839478530491555_251798091260629454_n.jpg 325670618_891185102329291_1099796113569420557_n.jpg

Have glass 70-72 GS 1/4’s made for that and you are into something.
