That dinner on the floor picture is painful. The most annoying part is you have to clean it up too!

 

Yep, it sucked. Had to clean floors for free.

Back on track with grilled sirloin, baked, green beans & nice salad....

 

This is the bomb.

It’s mushroom Swiss burgers for us tonight! I’m trying a Washington state cab that I’ve never had before. So far so good!

The beginnings of taco salad. Have the ground sirloin and onions already simmered, chopped up the tomato and extra onion, obviously, there’s a grey goose influencer on site… Lol.

 

Now, the full building station is ready.

 

I put the bite-size chips in place, add the Mexican cheese, and then start layering up!

 

Wet it down with salsa and your golden. I like Sargentos. Its real cheese....

 

Mart, , that’s exactly what I did… It turned into a nacho instead of a taco salad lol

Nothing deluxe tonite, broiled salmon, baked potato, vegetable medley, , (mushrooms, green beans, artichokes, red pepper, onion, & scallions), had to use all that up! No salad tonite.

Baked hot Italian saugage, red pepper, onion over whole grain penne. Cheep salad with not much cuz I'm low on stock.
