    Now you got me thinking scalloped potatoes with ham.:D
    That baked potato is already dissected & buttered, ready to eat. :)

    I hate reading recipes. So basically layers of raw sliced potatoes, grated cheese, chopped onions, with some salt and cream, baked in a covered casserole dish?

    Gas grill. Basted in olive oil, Montreal Steak Seasoning. This tenderloin could be oven slow roasted to rare. It's tender for sure. I bought one yesterday & another today for $9.95 lb.
    Figured that was going price for strip steaks so I loaded up.
    I was paying $9.49 for choice sirloin at Costco, so this seemed worth a shot....:) 16834933956977493080653593822515.jpg

    Adding pickles, onions, and guacamole to this along with mustard. I think that’s it!
