I did the cooking today for my family so my wife and daughters could enjoy Mothers day. Salad...fried potatoes with onions and T-bones on the grille from our grain/grass fed no antibiotics/hormones Angus whole beef we get locally each year. Peace WildBill

I don't have a name for it but it's one of the most delicious frigging things I've ever made (and healthy) 2 chopped cooked chicken breasts 1 big red bell pepper, chopped 1 medium red onion (or half of a huge one), chopped 15 oz can of chick peas Grape tomatoes Kalamata olives, a couple spoonfuls out of the jar Crumbled feta cheese, just mix some in until it looks right Chopped fresh basil (critical that it's fresh) Kens Italian dressing Italian seasoning
That looks downright yummy!!! I'd be good with everything except the olives. They and I came to an agreement to never again cross paths after one night of serious drinking years ago in Grand Forks, ND, followed by downing an olive laden pizza.
