Im gonna look at the PS route...lets see if whe can figure how to do it with this engine with external oilpump. Need to move it more forward etc, need new 2 groove pulley. PS 2 pieces bracket and aluminium piece, PS pump and hoses, and PS steeringbox/gear
Luckily the PS pump goes on the opposite side (drivers side). Since you don't need a water pump belt, maybe you can switch to a factory pulley and use the water pump belt to turn the oil pump? You'll have to reroute the one hose on the drivers side. What do you do for an alternator?
Note that some year Riv's use a much lower PS pump bracket. Big cars also use a lower position as well, but not as low as the Riv. See the "Black Cherry" build on this site.
Ok will look. Tnx. Hope i can find those parts, TA has it new for 155 euro the PS 3 piecd bracket. Pulley maybe from rockauto are all pulleys Buick only or does some other makes also transfer to Buick?
I don't know. You are running an aftermarket balancer. Someone else will know better what pulleys will work. Alignment is going to be the issue. I doubt anything stock will work perfectly (plug and play) so it will take some work.
