Larry the most important thing is that you enjoy your car. No matter what anyone says . I love your car and the way it sounds .Who whatever know that a 11second car would sound so quiet.

Does anybody else have any 11/12 second 455 combos not mentioned? I really like how much information this thread has to offer.

    Thanks brother,

More than one person has told me that. It is so quiet. When it is cold, right after I start it, it will just lope along, and you can really hear the MT headers. Love that sound. At idle and low speed, nice and quiet, but as soon as you step on it, it gets loud. I have the long case Walker mufflers on it (17749). I do enjoy the car. I can drive it anywhere.

Just got off the phone with John. Nice to talk to you, John!

Here's his spreadsheet in PDF format: http://home.comcast.net/~shinzan/11-12-sec-combos.pdf

The data is ordered as it came in from the correspondence here.

His comments to me were interesting...in a nutshell, have a good look and as you'd expect, there's some pretty cool correlation going on.

For anyone interested in sorting the data using weight, 60' times, etcetera, the .XLS file is here: http://home.comcast.net/~shinzan/11-12-sec-combos.xls

Feeding me info? You really think I am sitting here in the dark with the computer screen light on my face, trying to mine information to make you look bad..

Really...? You think I am taking this seriously?

    Lighten up dude.

Ron, is your actual static CR 11:1 or is that just what the pistons were rated at? What octane gas do you use?

    Devon,

It was nice talking with you also. Thank you for posting the spreadsheet. I can tell I was getting tired because I never actually finished it. LOL:Dou:

If there was a way to make this spreadsheet active, it would be great for others to add their data. It may help others make decisions as to the next upgrade.

FWIW I'm running a TH400 and 10" ATI, I noticed the spreadsheet had question marks for my combo. Thank you for compiling the data!

Thanks John and Devon for posting that spreadsheet. The latest sheet above tells me that is corrupt when I try to open it. BTW my missing information is 241*/241* duration @ .050", 112 LS, 0.517"/0.517" lift and 1.67 60'. Could you do a PDF sheet sorted quickest to slowest? I can't seem to make the earlier sheet that I saved sort by anything.

    Thanks - Cheryl :)
