I was just informed today that this is also a Pennsylvania law.

My bet is it is federal, or at least in almost every state.

Yup, we are no loger responsible for our own actions.

So I'm going to go steal a few cars and blame it on Alan Wander.

Why not go a step further and blame the beer company for making the beer the parents bought. That's how it works nowadays, pass the blame on until someone with enough money can fight it for you.

The best Pennsylvania traffic law on the books is that you cannot drive in the left lane for more than three miles unless you're passing someone.

Rumor was that this law was taken off the books shortly after establishment, but just East of the Ohio border on the turnpike is a sign that says Drive right, pass left State Law (not exact but close).

It IS a state law here that "slower traffic keep right". It doesn't care how fast you are going, if someone is behind you, you are 'sposed to move over.

Around here we move over onto the shoulder if possible when someone approches you from behind... in lots of other places that just doesn't happen :blast: :blast:

    We call it "drive friendly".

In my mind its called "driver courtesy" but is no where to be found around here .a bunch of left lane hanging driving no where hurry up to get in front of me & slow down get the hell off the phone & on the gas no drivin" S O B 's :blast: :blast:

Florida just passed a law that its mandatory to move to the other lane when passing a stopped cop car .

In NY there was {might still be} a law that is over 100 years old that reads something like if someone gets drunk @
your house & leaves impaired & hurts someone the home owner is liable

I believe it happened back in June. I'll have to call my wife's friend and get more particulars. I was unable to find any story on the 'net about it. Supposedly Channel 3 news accompanied the cops when they arrested mom and dad. Word is the cops called and requested TV coverage. I don't know why.
